I'm a member of Dartford Harriers Athletics Club. I have competed for the Vets team in the past and have achieved amazing pb's. Due to Covid and injuries my fitness isn't any where near as good as it was.

I spoke to Adam about how to get back on it. Adam became my PT. I have to say, this is the best choice I have made to improve my fitness. He has been absolutely amazing.

He's made me realise that I can achieve more than I thought. He's helping me become physically stronger again which is what I wanted. Adam is so supportive and is always on hand to provide advice even though he is still training hard himself for his athletics career. His exercise plans are perfect for me. I have lost weight and am now fitting in clothes I hadn't been able to.

I can't recommend Adam enough.
