Footballers

Under 14s · Grassroots to Academy level · Private group sessions

Build the foundations for speed.

We develop acceleration, top speed, change of direction, repeat sprint ability and the ability to apply force effectively. Through expert sprint mechanics and movement coaching, we help young footballers become faster, more powerful and more efficient on the pitch.

We don’t just make footballers faster — we teach them how to produce and transfer force efficiently so that speed translates directly to performance on the pitch. Sessions combine acceleration, sprint mechanics, pitch-specific fitness and change of direction, developing players who can accelerate, decelerate, turn and repeat high-intensity efforts when it matters most.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us where you are

Your event or your sport, how you train now, and what you want fixed. A few lines is enough.

  2. 02

    Adam and Antonio read it

Every application is read by Adam and Antonio. You hear back from one of them either way. If it is a fit, the reply sets out a plan and a start date. If it is not, they will tell you straight.

  3. 03

    Start on the track

Sessions at Lee Valley, Willesden and Sutcliffe Park with both of them. The feedback changes week to week as your running changes.

Questions

Straight answers before you apply.

Who is this for?

Two groups only. Sprinters at pro and good domestic level, and footballers under 14. That is the whole programme.

How good do I need to be?

Sprinters should already be competing at pro or good domestic level. Footballers are under 14. If you are not sure where you sit, apply and we will tell you straight.

How much does it cost?

The price is stated up front, and nothing is added later. Academy taster sessions are GBP 25.

Where do you train?

Three London venues. The sprint group trains at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, Monday to Friday, 7:00am and 8:30am. The under 14 group trains 6:30 to 7:30pm: Monday at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, Tuesday at Willesden Sports Centre, and Friday at Sutcliffe Park Track.

Do the two groups train together?

No. Your child trains in a separate under 14 group, in separate sessions. Football bookings go through the Academy, which sets out its own prices and safeguarding information. The under 14 group trains Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings, at three different venues.

How do I start?

Send the application. Adam and Antonio read every one, and you will hear back from a person.

Do you coach anyone else?

No. Sprinters and under 14 footballers, nothing else. If you want general fitness, we are the wrong people.
